Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rentify app and website, operated by Cloudzara Innovations ("Rentify", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Rentify, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Rentify Is

Rentify is a marketplace connecting renters with independent vehicle owners ("partners") for self-drive vehicle rentals and trip bookings. Rentify is not a vehicle owner, driver, or insurer — each booking is a direct arrangement between the renter and the partner, facilitated through the platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Vehicle owners must complete identity verification (government ID and driving licence) before listing a vehicle. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Bookings

Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and partner confirmation. Prices, prebooking amounts, and cancellation terms are shown before you confirm a booking. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for details.

4. Payments & Payouts

Rentify does not currently process online payments; booking payments and security deposits are settled directly with the partner, and partner payouts are made by bank transfer. This may change as new payment methods are added.

5. Vehicle Condition & Inspections

Partners are required to document vehicle condition with photos at handover and return. Any deduction from your security deposit for damage must be supported by photo evidence.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false identity, licence, or vehicle documents.
• Using a rented vehicle for illegal activity, or subletting it to a third party.
• Circumventing the platform to avoid fees after being connected through Rentify.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

7. Account Restrictions & Termination

We may suspend or restrict an account for policy violations, repeated cancellations, fraud, or safety concerns. You may delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete Account in the app, or at rentify.cloudzara.com/delete-account.

8. Liability

Rentify facilitates bookings between renters and partners but is not responsible for the condition, safety, or legality of a vehicle, or for the conduct of any user. Disputes over vehicle condition, damage, or conduct are resolved between the parties, with Rentify assisting through the evidence on file where possible.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rentify after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
